⦁ USER INFORMATION

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

LOS ROBLES IBIZA SL, hereinafter RESPONSIBLE, informs the USER that it has created a profile on the social networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo, and Google+, and is responsible for the processing of the user's personal data carried out on those social networks. It also informs that such data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), and provides the following information regarding the processing:

Why do we process your personal data?

Purpose of the processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and the RESPONSIBLE which may include the following operations:

Processing requests and inquiries made to the responsible party
Providing information about activities and events organized by the responsible party Providing information about products or services offered by the responsible party
Interacting through official profiles

Why are we allowed to process your personal data?

Legal basis for the processing: Article 6.1.a GDPR, the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the social network of the RESPONSIBLE, thus showing interest in the information published therein. Therefore, by requesting to follow our official profiles, they provide their consent for the processing of those personal data published on their profile.

The USER may at any time access the privacy policies of the respective social network and configure their profile to guarantee their privacy.

The RESPONSIBLE has access to and processes only the USER's public information, in particular, their contact name. This data is only used within the social network and will only be incorporated into a RESPONSIBLE's file when necessary to process the USER's request.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Data retention criteria: they will be kept as long as the USER does not revoke the consent given, as indicated in this privacy policy.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?

Data disclosure: the information provided by the USER through the RESPONSIBLE’s social networks, including their personal data, may be published, depending on the services the USER uses, and may therefore be publicly available to other third-party users of the social networks. From each social network profile, the USER can configure what information they wish to make public in each case, see the granted permissions, delete or deactivate them, just like any third-party application they no longer wish to use.

No personal data is planned to be disclosed to third parties outside the social network unless it is essential for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers

related to communications, with whom the RESPONSIBLE has signed the confidentiality and data processor agreements required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

Rights of the USER: they can only be fulfilled in relation to the information that is under the control of the RESPONSIBLE.

Right to withdraw consent at any time
Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your data, and to restriction or objection to their processing
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the current regulations

⦁ USE OF THE PROFILE
The RESPONSIBLE will carry out the following actions: Access public profile information
Publish on the USER's profile any information already published on the RESPONSIBLE's social network
Send personal and individual messages through the social network channels Page status updates that will be published on the USER's profile

The USER can always control their connections, delete content they are no longer interested in, and restrict with whom they share their connections; to do so, they must access their privacy settings.

⦁ PUBLICATIONS

The USER, once they follow or have joined the RESPONSIBLE's social network, may post comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the platform. In all cases, the USER must own the published content, hold copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of any affected third parties.

It is expressly forbidden to post on the social network any content, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that is offensive or likely to offend morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or that infringes, violates, or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights, or the law.

In such cases, the RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to immediately remove the content, without prior notice, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.

The RESPONSIBLE shall not be held liable for content freely posted by a USER.

The USER should bear in mind that their publications will be known to other users, and therefore they are primarily responsible for their own privacy.

Images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the RESPONSIBLE but will remain on the social network.

⦁ DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

Access and registration through the RESPONSIBLE's social networks are prohibited for minors under 14 years of age. If the USER has special needs, the intervention of their legal guardian or representative will be required, with valid documentation accrediting such representation.

The RESPONSIBLE is expressly exempt from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special needs. The RESPONSIBLE’s social networks do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors, and therefore, if the USER is a minor, they must not register, use the RESPONSIBLE’s social networks, or provide any personal information.
